Agreement to Terms

Refunds and Payments
Payments for course enrolment are subject to the Platform’s pricing and refund policies. In no scenario the refund will be entertained.

Exclusion of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided “as is,” and the Platform owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or any course materials.

Privacy
By utilising the Platform, you consent to the Platform’s Privacy Policy, which governs the acquisition and use of personal information.

Legal System and Jurisdiction
The laws of Gurugram – Haryana shall govern and interpret these terms and conditions. Disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram.

You acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to these terms and conditions by accessing and using the Platform. You must stop using the Platform if you disagree with any of these terms.
